Delivery Policy

1. Method of Delivery

All seomaxexpert services are delivered digitally. There is no physical delivery. Deliverables are sent by email or as shared Google Docs documents.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines for each package are:

• Essenziale package: approximately 7 business days
• Crescita package: approximately 21 business days
• Dominio package: approximately 40 business days
• Custom packages: depends on scope

Timelines begin after receipt of the completed onboarding form, which is sent within 24 hours of order confirmation.

3. Progress Updates

You receive weekly progress updates by email in a shared document. All changes made are logged in a changelog.

4. Acceptance

Each deliverable is considered accepted if no feedback is received within 5 business days of delivery or if the customer expressly confirms acceptance.
